• LanguageBird is a University of California and NCAA approved online provider for high school foreign language courses. Spanish 1, 2, 3 and 4 are offered for credit recovery, for students to take more advanced courses and for enrichment or as a supplement to the student's high school course. We work with individual students for a premium 1 to 1 language course and also offer small, personalized classes each semester online. In addition, we work with schools and school districts to create classes to meet their needs. All LanguageBird courses include: 24 instructional hours of online, live private teaching with a native speaking instructor is equivalent to one year of high school Spanish instruction. 1 to 1 instructor to student ratio or small group courses. Personalized, student-focused instruction paced at the student's level and ability Student accountability to meet each hour with their private instructor Complete flexibility for the student's schedule. Students schedule all private lessons directly with the instructor Ability for students meet live with the instructor from a computer or tablet anywhere where there is an internet connection A unique focus on cultural exchange and mastering a proper speaking accent through a teacher who is a native currently living in a Spanish-speaking country Students may begin any level course, any time, year-round. www.languagebird.com
