• Since 1980, Loveland Screw Machine has been providing custom manufacturing solutions to many industries including aerospace, medical, nuclear and automotive, just to name a few. We have over 20 CNC controlled lathes with bar feeders, including Swiss-style machining capabilities; with turning capacities up to 100mm. We also have 8 combined CNC controlled mills and vertical tapping centers; with capacities up to 500mm by 1200mm.The company's quality program is currently configured to meet standards for manufacture of components for commercial nuclear power reactors. The program is audited on a triennial basis for adherence to 10CFR50 Appendix B, ANSI N45.2, NQA-1 and 10CFR21 Safety. Hence, we are able to provide safety-related components. If one is not involved in the nuclear field, these certifications may not be very familiar. The quality program we maintain is quite similar to ISO9000.
