• We focus on the world of business requirements. This includes, but is not limited to eliciting, gathering, writing, analyzing, managing, prioritizing, and testing requirements. As support for the requirements world, we also engage in requirements defect tracking and requirements driven project estimating and planning. Our instructors and consultants have a minimum of 20 years of experience with at least 10 years in the Business/System Analysis world. In addition we require a minimum of 5 years of stand up presentation experience. Our current averages are significantly above these minimums.We believe that if a requirement is not testable, it is not a requirement. Therefore, we initiate the testing process from the very beginning by writing testable requirements and indicating how we think the testing will be accomplished.Our mission is to offer the best state-of-the-practice business/systems analysis training and consulting with proven techniques and supporting tools (job aids) to meet your specific needs.
