• Subsentio is a certified Trusted Third Party Provider that delivers customized Safe Harbor CALEA compliance solutions to telecom carriers throughout the U.S. It does so through its own hosted technical services and its experienced administration of Safe Harbor intercept procedures with law enforcement agencies. Utilizing its unique Safe Harbor Probe the Subsentio Safe Harbor Compliance Program indemnifies its customers against possible non-compliance penalties. The passive approach, specifically designed for LTE networks, is independent of the equipment in the network; instead, it relies on the existence of standard protocols passing along certain network segments. The passive approach uses a probe to do this with deep packet inspection to analyze these protocols. e.g., Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) in the case of VoIP. Typically a probe can attach to multiple network segments.
