OBP was created from a merger of Bedingfield, LLC, formed by attorney Jeff Bedingfield in 2010, with Otis & Peters, LLC, formed by attorneys Fred L. Otis and Jennifer Lynn Peters in 2013. Building on the 12 years they have worked together, Fred and Jennifer founded O&P to further their commitment to serve the real estate and business law needs of Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins and the growing Northern Colorado region. In 2014, Fred, Jeff and Jennifer recognized they shared a deep respect for the legal profession, a commitment to Northern Colorado and particularly Greeley, and held a shared belief that clients deserve the highest quality legal services from lawyers they know because they live and work in their community. Combining the firms, with similar cultures and values and goals aligned, was an easy decision for all involved. And so, effective October 1, 2014, we became Otis, Bedingfield & Peters, LLC.
