• Satellite Tracking of People LLC (STOP) knows technology is a tool, not a substitute, for supervising enrollees in the community. Ever since STOP was established in 2004, we have provided electronic monitoring equipment and services exclusively for the purpose of monitoring and tracking enrollees in the criminal justice system. Hundreds of federal, state and local government agencies in 43 states and the District of Columbia currently use our comprehensive electronic monitoring system. The programs range in average monthly volume from as small as five enrollees to more than 8,000.STOP is unique compared to other vendors, starting with our founding. The group of founding executives had extensive careers in private corrections, technology and government operations prior to STOPs inception. Because of this collective experience and knowledge, we understand the complexities of government agencies, i.e. how their operations link with other agencies and how legislative initiatives affect their operations. We can only measure our success by the level of success every agency and enrollee experiences. This is why we commit a significant percentage of resources to customer service and support.
