On site, it produces 20-pound, dimensionally accurate earthen bricks, to a dimensional accuracy of 1/64th inch. TerraBricks have a tongue and groove configuration that enables a tightly interlocked dry stacked wall system with minimal reliance on mortar or other synthetic products. Because of size, heft and properties of TerraBricks, a wall constructed of TerraBricks (a TerraWall) has superior thermal qaulities and greater structural strength than walls made from most, if not all, other alternative building materials.
