The V-Series filters are competitively priced while manufactured in the USA with 316L stainless steel. Other materials are available for seawater or other corrosive environments. The V-Series patented Bi-directional Hydrodynamic Drive (BHD) mechanism eliminates the need for electric motors, limit switches, gear boxes, hydraulic pistons and external shaft seals as are found on other similar technologies. Recently, the V-Series product line was certified by the Singapore Green Building Council for its water and energy savings features. In addition, the V-Series filters are available with NSF-61-372 or ASME Certification upon request. VAF also offers numerous other filtration technologies for various applications and has a wide range of micron sizes available, depending on the size of the particles to be removed. In addition to the V-Series self-cleaning filters, VAF offers a complete line of cyclone separators, self-cleaning intake screens and manual, semi-automatic and automatic strainers for larger debris.
