• IBH Addiction Recovery Center has been in operation since 1970. As the largest residential treatment facility in Summit County, IBH has received local, state, and national recognition for its residential treatment and after-care programs. The success of the programs are reflected in outcome measures and the fact 99.4% of people that received treatment at IBH would recommend IBH to someone seeking help for a drug or alcohol addiction. (IBH Exit Survey, 2016)RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT - While at IBH Addiction Recovery Center, clients engage in an intense program towards recovery which includes chemical dependency and mental health counselors, medical staff, education specialists, spiritual advisors, and daily interactions with knowledgeable staff.AFTER-CARE SUPPORT - To ensure the greatest chance at long term sobriety, all graduates of IBH are invited to participate in the IBH REACH Project for up to two years after completion of residential treatment. REACH provides spiritually-based organized volunteer activities and support group meetings that foster safe friendships, reinforcement of values learned during treatment, and a strong sense of community. Research shows that 84% of clients that participate in REACH remain sober (IBH Outcome Measures, 2016).SPIRITUAL PROGRAMMING - Developing a relationship with a higher power helps an individual find clarity, sense of purpose and meaning of life as they work on recovery. Learning to live in harmony with oneself invites a person to explore his or her identity, relationships with others, and a place in this world.
