- Pink Hands of Hope is located in Central Pennsylvania, in Mechanicsburg, PA. A Non Profit dedicated to helping women in our area in the fight against breast cancer. Funding is both private and through the thrift store located at 5325 E. Trindle Road Mechanicsburg, PA. The store is run by local volunteers with donations provided by the public. The thrift store accepts donations of clothing on Mondays and Thursdays. Furniture donations can be picked up by our staff. Please call to make arrangements. At the Trindle Rd location we offer wigs and other products and services to women fighting cancer, free of charge. We also assist women in central Pennsylvania with their medical bills.
