• Nina and Alice have been running events both professionally and personally for over 10 years. During the build up to Ninas own wedding, they stumbled across a slight problem. With all of the hours, weeks and months of research, detailed planning and fine tuning, who would actually be responsible for ensuring everything looked perfect on the big day, the staff? Could she actually trust the detailed eye of a family member or friend enough to relinquish control of the biggest day of her life? Was it even fair to ask someone to take that on? For any celebration, whether a birthday party, christening or baby shower, the organiser will most likely be attending. To effectively set up the celebration that you have spent so long planning, whilst still fully engaging in the moment is difficult at best, stressful at worst. There even exists the possibility of the pressure and time constraints negatively affecting your entire day. Enter Occasion Queens. Alice and Nina work in unison to ensure that the occasion you have worked so hard to perfect is executed precisely as you ask, the exact way you envisaged. With a consultation 2 3 weeks before the day of your event, we will come to your home or venue and establish how you want the room to be setup, the decorations displayed, the flowers arranged, and every aspect right down to the smallest detail. We will take photos, make copious amounts of notes and draw plans to ensure that your event will be co-ordinated on the day exactly as you wish. We want you to enjoy your occasion as much as possible, and hope that by affording you the extra time and reduced stress of allowing Occasion Queens to lead the way on the day, your entire experience will be enhanced and more memorable for the right reasons.
