• We provide investment advisory services for individuals, family trusts and corporations. We believe many advisors are simply not providing the services to 401(k) participants that are expected. Because of this, we created a part of our firm we call (k)vise, to help companies provide a better 401(k) plan for their employees. What (k)vise provides to participants is active management of their 401(k) account. In January of 2012 the DOL will require a full disclosure of the fees that the company and their participants are paying for their accounts. Each participant will receive a notice along with ongoing notices of their individual costs. Although most participants believe their company pays for their 401(k) account, they will be very surprised to see just what they themselves are paying for. But what's even more concerning is what are they receiving for these costs? (k)vise can be added to any employer's plan seeking to provide a better service to both the company and their participants without increasing the costs associate with their plan. In many cases after we have audited the plan there can be a reduction to the overall costs while increasing the benefits to the plan.If your company currently does not offer (k)vise, ask your benefits department to contact us.
