- PEBCO® customizes gates, valves, diverters, mass flow feeders, air slides, dustless loading spouts, telescopic chutes, PEBCO® Cascade® Chutes and systems for barge, ship, truck, and railcar loading.PEBCO®'s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Paducah, Kentucky on the western edge of the Kentucky coal fields and south of the Illinois basin coal fields. Co-founded in February 1977 as Process Equipment Builders Company, we filled a market void for gates, valves, and chutes for controlling and loading dry bulk materials. In 1982, Process Equipment Builders Company became PEBCO® and continued applying the same diligence and dedication.We have established our reputation by careful evaluation of our customers needs during the initial application phase. Each project is evaluated on an individual basis considering the customers requirements, product and environmental characteristics, and several other elements to supply equipment and systems that incorporate the most practical and most advanced technological approaches.For example, some customers operating processes are at extreme temperatures or elevated pressures; they require equipment manufactured to their specific needs. Our engineering team treats each application individually and custom tailors 80-85% of equipment to exact customer specifications. Seeking these solutions for our customers unique material handling problems has led to the development of several patented products, features, and options for equipment used in the dry bulk solids handling industry. It has proven PEBCO®'s experience, versatility, and innovation.To enhance our drive for complete customer satisfaction, PEBCO®s management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2008.PEBCO® is recognized worldwide as a preferred manufacturer of powder and dry bulk solids handling equipment; known as the Material Handling Problem Solvers.
