• Dragons Martial Arts provides two youth programs and a teen and adult program as well. The Little Dragons Program is designed for three to five year olds and our juniors program is designed for six to twelve year olds. These programs focuse on improving your childs listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with more confidence and enthusiasm. There are eight major skills our instructors focus on when training children. The skills are: Focus, Control, Balance, Teamwork, Memory, Discipline, Coordination and Fitness. Dragons Martial Arts also offers teen and adult classes. In this curriculum we focus on all the ranges of combat. We impliment the art of kicking, punching and grappling in our daily training. All teen and adult classes are high energy classes. We invite you to come and experience the positive energy at our studio!Our coaches have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Hapkido and other martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors. Through extensive training by Mr. Shervin, our coaches have proved their love and compassion for the arts and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.Students and enthusiasts of DMA have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some parents are drawn by our fantastic kids program. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training.
