MWI's patented, unique technology employs focused radio frequency (RF & Microwave (MW) antennas to produce a planar wave within inches of a probe. MWIs NDT equipment uses gaussian beam polyrod antennas and electromagnetic linearly polarized resonant loop sensors (E-pods) across a broad RF spectrum. These sensors are incorporated into NDT system solutions for in-process quality control (QC) or quality assurance (QA) manufacturing. MWI also offers in-house advanced composite material testing services for manufacturers needing our engineering expertise or do not want to bring the technology in-house. MWIs RF testing systems solutions include reel-to-reel scanners, defect detection systems, insertion loss devices, reflection loss devices, in-process uniformity scanners and handheld scanners.
