Maremcia provides our corporate clients with a customized approach to each search ensuring that hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals find not only the most qualified candidate; but also the best fit for their vacant position. In addition to the traditional contingency search services, Maremcia offers clients a Container approach. For corporate clients who desire Maremcias undivided attention and resources on their search assignment, the Container approach will best suit your needs. Previous container assignments have resulted in Maremcia providing clients with a pool of qualified candidates that allows them to be in a position to extend an offer of employment within 3-4 weeks on some of the most challenging job openings. In the Container Model, Maremcia will provide the following: 1. A minimum of 2 dedicated recruiters assigned to identifying, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates 2. All candidates will be fully interviewed either in-person or via videoconference by the individual leading the search 3. In addition to the resume, candidate submissions will include a brief bio 4.
