• The Admin Awards® is the first and only awards program of its kind in the nation, to publicly recognize the invaluable contributions of administrative professionals. The Admin Awards® is a unique celebration that recognizes administrative excellence in nine award categories, including the programs most prestigious award, The Colleen Barrett Award for Administrative Excellence, which elevates the professional who embodies the spirit and proficiency of nationally renowned (former) admin, Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines, who over the course of her four decade career climbed from secretary to President and COO of the legendary, award winning airline. Colleen personally presents this coveted award at the awards luncheon which draws hundreds of admin and executive attendees in both Dallas and Fort Worth.
