Karl also built a direct mail department from the ground up and turned it into a $200,000 annual profit center. Working hand-in-hand with national corporations, Karl helped to lead the organization to a leadership position in online on-demand ordering. With all the accolades that came with success, Karls first passion and obligation was always to take care of the customer.Karls passion for great customer service stems from his time in the restaurant industry, taking care of customers first while handling the staffing issues and daily struggles of the food service world second.
