- Parents aren't always there to Fix the Boo Boo... Fix the Boo Boo is a charity run by unpaid volunteers that delivers healing messages to children separated from a parent. The messages are designed by leading therapists, specializing in early Childhood Trauma - particularly the trauma of alienation and abduction, and are designed to give children what they need to heal and develop healthily. Fix the Boo Boo's messages offer the Greatest Good for the Least Cost of Any Social Program! Too many children have only occasional contact with a parent. Too often children have limited access to a parent. Too often a parent says disrespectful things about the other parent. Over 200,000 children are reported kidnapped by a parent each year in the U.S. All these things harm children and are defined as CHILD ABUSE (of varying degrees). Too often, the abuse is done unintentionally, out of ignorance. Most parents are unaware how essential healthy contact with both parents is for their children. Please help Fix the BooBoo make a small difference for millions of children.
