Alphy Johnson of IHA has opened luxury hotels/resorts in the Houston, Dallas, Beverly Hills, Chiangmai, Surabaya, Jakarta, Riyadh and Panama City. Alphy also provides the Asset Management services that provide either the complete suite of Asset Management services, or enhance the Owner's existing Asset Management team. Prioritization and justification of Capital Expense (CAPEX) projects is an IHA specialty. IHA provides coaching and mentoring to General Managers and Corporate Executives in order to complement their skills and ensure their success. The coaching and mentoring is based on a combination of the experience of having been in their shoes. and supervising these positions.
