• Our parents Ed and Eleanor Boniakowski started the agency in a small room on the first floor of our Green Brook home in 1950. Their philosophy was simple: Provide honest insurance and real estate advice and products that would help families and businesses thrive and support the community. As the family grew to 9, the business also grew and had to be moved to a nearby office building in the 60's. Expanding demand for insurance and real estate done right along with representing several top insurance companies and joining the ERA real estate franchise helped fuel more growth and we built a 5000 square foot location in the 80's that serves as our corporate office. Joe and Tom Boniakowski and Doris Dee Boniakowski Zampella currently manage the agency. We embrace our parents' philosophy of providing honest advice and doing it right the first time. We employ over 50 people and our community now spans across the United States with our corporate office located in New Jersey with another New Jersey branch and our Western Division located in Oregon with a soon to be open branch in Colorado. In addition to our insurance and real estate services, we take pride in providing financial and volunteer support to over 25 local nonprofits that provide essential services to the community.
