• My goal as your Career and Life Coach is to assist you on your unique journey with the various transitions in your life to achieve meaningful and manageable work-life balance. I take a holistic approach to helping individuals manage difficult life situations with an open worldview and non-judgmental outlook. Our work together is collaborative and goal-oriented, where you are the expert on yourself and I am assisting you with identifying personal sources of meaning, to then make plans to lead life according to those values. I work primarily within an Existential framework. This perspective considers human nature to be open-ended, flexible and capable of an enormous range of experience - where each person is constantly evolving; I create myself as I exist. Through the flexibility of in-person, phone-based & Skype-based meetings we'll work together to explore your options. It is a privilege to assist my clients with their personal growth and I strive to maintain a safe space where they feel supported.
