- TaraVista Behavioral Health Center is a 108 bed inpatient hospital providing Mental Health and Co-occurring Addictions Care for older adolescents and adults. TaraVistas mission is to provide compassionate, effective, sustainable care for those suffering from psychiatric distress and co-occurring substance abuse. To deliver on our mission we operate by four core principles: we provide person-centered care, we utilize evidence-based assessment and therapies supplemented by thoughtful innovation, we work in respectful, mutually beneficial, relationship with our care giving team members, our patients, and our care partners, and we are trustworthy financial stewards of valuable health care resources. We are hiring professional, clinical, and support staff for our new state-of-the-art hospital located in a beautiful, peaceful, easy-to-access setting in Devens, Massachusetts. We seek innovative, energetic people who work well in teams and who are driven to help patients and families in a time of need.TaraVista is within 30 minutes of Worcester, Lowell, Concord, Lexington, and Gardner (Massachusetts), and in close proximity to Southern New Hampshire.Come help us reimagine care.
