• More than 20 years ago John was first introduced to the pest control industry when he worked as a termite technician for one of the countrys largest pest control companies. He left the industry and spent the next 20 or so years working in various service related industries. It is this experience that helped him define and cement his customer service focused business philosophy. In 2010, he returned to pest control, this time as a pest control technician, this time for the 4th largest pest control company in the country. Later, he moved to a smaller company where he felt his customer service values were more closely matched. Finally, he has taken all of that experience, knowledge and strict belief in customer service out on his own to provide you with the best pest control experience in the industry. We think our customers will notice a difference right away. Though all of the companies we worked for were great companies, we do believe that something got lost along the way as those companies grew larger and larger and became less and less connected with their customers. We believe corporate policies should never get in the way of customer service, corporate procedures should never come at the price of caring for the customers needs. This firm belief in taking care of our customers like neighbors coupled with Johns extensive training in pest behavior and treatment methods provides an unmatched pest control experience for our customers.
