• Gateway Development Resources, Inc., is a Texas based corporation establish in 1994 by Dale A. Gates for the purpose of offering ministries & the private education market segments , turnkey design-build construction and site-development, modular buildings, project management & consulting services.Through establishing a track record as a trusted performance-based specialist in its self-created niche market, Gateway performed over 55 projects in four states with most contracts being performed on a negotiated basis. In 2002 Gates relocated Gateway from Houston to Dallas to redirect the company from a Specialty-builder to an Investment/Builder/Developer. While in Dallas, Gateway performed contract business for both its own real estate development projects & numerous other Joint Venture Partnerships. Services included; Investor Syndication Management, Project Financing Services (Private & Institutional Equity & Debt) & Construction/Development Project Management & Marketing.By 2009 Gateway was now recognized as a small Dallas-based real estate Investment Development Company; performing projects on a Limited Partnerships and Joint Ventures basis with acquisitions and development being funded by private investment capital and institutional debt.Although diversified; in 2008/09 Gateway was caught in the middle of Americas collapsing Real Estate market and economy and with all indications predicting a long-term recovery Mr. Gates decided to leave the Real Estate sector.
