We design electrical installations, control panels, and full scale automation installations where we have proven ability managing the oversight of those type of projects. Industrial automation would not be complete without extensive experience with fieldbus on a variety of protocols, in particular Ethernet/IP, Hart, and BACnet. We have experience with industrial network management in coordination with the enterprise IT team to setup a robust and secure remote access to SCADA and historian systems. While designing, programming, and in some cases building panels we have also developed an expertise in process instrumentation setup and calibration. The ever evolving needs of a process requires that the corresponding instrumentation be trustworthy and accurate for a real understanding of that process. While there are many types of fieldbus protocols available, we have interfaced with most of them. We have developed a grounded perspective to industrial automation that gives our projects realistic timing and cost projections. Our most notable work in recent years we programmed a fully functional refining process from scratch and migrated a 2000 point Yokogawa DCS to an Allen Bradley Process Automation Controller. Whether its interfacing with reliable older technology or replacing we thrive on automation and the perfecting of a process through removing variability and deviation.
