• The JOC Group provides JOC Estimating Auditing Services to Public Agencies including JOC Independent Government Estimates (IGE) for owner/client/contractor contract compliance and transparancy. We also provide JOC Estimating Services to contractors and A/E firms along with Coefficient Development Services. The primary unit price book (UPB) that we use is RS Means Cost Data books along with using the 4Clicks Project Estimator software, however, we are also experts in using the top 3 UPB's in the industry along with their associated estimating software packages.The JOC Group provides JOC Estimating Training for various agencies such as Federal, State, Municiple, Universities, Public Schools, non-profit, contractors, and professional organizations throughout the United States. We believe in the JOC delivery method and the positive partnering it promotes and are dedicated to keeping the JOC industry current and in-line with what it is designed to do.Owners have a fiduciary duty to assure that there is a value for every dollar spent on Job Order Contracting. The Job Order Contractor has no other way to receive payment for work other than the accurate & complete estimate.
