Through the statewide partnership, callers can get answers to their human services needs day or night, 365 days a year. On December 19, 2006, NWICA officially launched its 2-1-1 service in Lake & Porter Co.NWICA services benefit approximately 70,000 individuals in each year with an annual budget of more than $30 million.
