- Advancing the Art of Orthopedic Care The Center for Advanced Orthopedics is located in the St. Louis Metro area. The main office is located in Maryville, IL with additional locations in Staunton and Highland, IL. Our goal is to provide patients with the highest quality of care. Our highly trained staff and fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeons are focused on the patient as an individual with an emphasis on personal touch. Their specialties include sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery, hip, knee and shoulder reconstruction, joint replacement, fracture care and minimally invasive surgery, such as arthroscopy. Conservative treatment options including immobilization, therapy, and selective injections are routinely utilized prior to considering surgical intervention. When surgery is necessary, our physicians utilize up-to-date techniques and cutting-edge technology. We take the time to educate our patients about their options, the types of procedures, any potential risks and the post-surgical rehabilitation process.
