This is accomplished through facilitated learning, assisting Christians in gaining solid understanding of Scripture and growing in life skills. And, what does his or her unique ministry context require him or her to know?Then, in collaboration with local Christian leaders, we assist in equipping the learner with biblical understanding not readily available in that context.We design our training to incorporate the learners current knowledge into his or her ongoing learning.
