• What is a Strengths Professional? A Strengths Professional is a person who is working with StrengthsFinder with anyone, anywhere and at any time within the marketplace. The Strengths Professionals Network is a place to connect and collaborate to advance the sustainability of StrengthsFinder. An increasing number of industry leaders are asking for help to sustain Strengths. This dramatic shift in conversation reveals two needs. First, industry leaders do not know where to find proven service providers. Second, Strengths service providers are growing in number, many of whom have capacities to address sustainability, yet are unknown to industry leaders. The Strengths Professionals Network is a way for these two groups to connect and collaborate to advance the sustainability of the StrengthsFinder. If you are a Strengths Professional, you may be either a Strengths Service Provider or a Strengths Implementer. Strengths Service Providers include: Coaches, Consultants, Companies, Educators, Keynote Speakers, Authors and Creatives. Strengths Implementers Include: HR Professionals, Talent Management, Managers, Business Leaders, Volunteer-Based Organization Leaders, and Educators - higher education and international education. Each group will benefit from the Strengths Professionals Network.
