• HarmonIQ Health Systems Corporation is the commercialization of Louisiana State University (LSU) assets that have been directed at population health analytics and deep level clinical pathway and clinical workflow solutions. The combination of products in the HarmonIQ suite targets the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) market evolution. This new reimbursement model now mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will require technologies that are just emerging to address complex clinical models and the analytics that are required to support the point of service (POS) management AND reporting requirements for CMS and ultimately all insurers. CMS ACO Reporting requirements start in 2016 and fully transitioned by 2018-20.
