- HCC was founded in 1990 to create equal opportunity for minority firms in the Colorado construction industry. Accordingly, we have advocated for diversity and for public policies that support those goals and allow all companies to benefit from public economic development initiatives. As a result, we are no longer just Hispanic-focused, but rather, represent a wide range of diverse companies.Among our members are some of the largest contractors in the United States who are committed to developing a competent, competitive subcontractor base; suppliers and service providers; A/E firms; and public entities.
