• Melissa McNeal is an Associate at Amherst Madison. She has been involved in real estate in some manner for most of her business life. Early in her career, she spent seven years with Morrison Knudsen in Environmental Services. After that, she was hired to manage, lease and renovate an historic office/retail building in downtown Boise. That project lead to a seven-year experience that catapulted her into sales, design, custom furnishings, and eventually a degree in Residential Design and Space Planning at the Art Institute. After many years of putting those skills to use in custom remodeling, designing kitchens and a variety of other projects, it became apparent to Melissa that her combined experience would lend to a career in real estate.Understanding what it takes to be successful in real estate comes naturally to Melissa. She enjoys assisting her Clients and helping guide them to the perfect home by utilizing her knowledge of the local market and years of project management experience. My design qualifications are an added benefit to educate my Clients on how to improve their home for maximum resale value.Melissas buyers and sellers attest that she works diligently to ensure their experience is an ultimate one. Outside of work, Melissa loves the outdoors, cycling, hiking, snow sports, the arts, local culture.
