• I am pleased to announce a division of PEER, Stormwater Strategies. Stormwater Strategies is a leader in stormwater management in the Philadelphia region. This is the culmination of nearly four years of efforts to assist clients with stormwater management needs. We provide stormwater program development, management and maintenance services. In Philadelphia, we are using the Stormwater Management Incentives Program (SMIP grants) to allow property owners to retrofit Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) on their properties economically while also reducing their stormwater fees. We understand the City's expectations and are able to implement the design and construction while you focus on your real job. If you have installed GSI on your property, you probably also provided an agreement for its maintenance. We have a proven record of correcting the problems caused by prior neglect and providing ongoing inspection and preventative maintenance that will keep the long term costs low.Recent Projects:Successful in obtaining a SMIP Grant to install GSI on the campus of a Philadelphia university. We are managing this three-year project, which will be funded entirely by the grant and save the university over $100,000 per year in fees.Developing additional grants for other institutional, commercial and industrial properties in Philadelphia.Providing GSI inspection and maintenance services for commercial and multi-family residential properties. This includes responding to pre-enforcement notifications and providing ongoing documentation of GSI maintenance.
