- Dor Chadash - LA, is a network of Israeli and American Jewish professionals in Los Angeles who seek to create meaningful connections with Israel and each other through cutting edge programming revolving around educational, cultural and social events tied to Israel.Originally founded in New York on October 2003, Dor Chadash has since its inception created over 200 successful events with over 45 in just 2008 alone, attended by more than 30,000 participants in New York City.What Dor Chadash discovered was an incredible need among professionals, ages 25-45, to connect with Israel in an authentic way.Now with its national expansion into Los Angeles, Dor Chadash - LA, in partnership with the Israeli Leadership Council (ILC), is setting out to replicate the success of the New York model.From providing thought-provoking discussions with prominent Israeli speakers, to showcasing the best of Israeli cultural offerings, dancing to Israeli pop music on Jewish holidays, business-oriented networking events, and meaningful volunteer opportunities, Dor Chadash has something for everyone who wants to get infused with contemporary Israel.Central to our mission is that we leverage the energy and passion of our volunteers to plan and carry out innovative Israel-related programs.
