- Our mission is to help the less fortunate by paying for and assembling modular wheelchair ramps for those people who are in need and have qualified for financial assistance. We partner with high school student volunteers who raise a portion of the funds used to purchase wheelchair ramp material AND donate their time to build these ramps in the City of Richmond, Henrico County, and Chesterfield County. Over 800 student volunteers in 10 years 305 ramps built as of Summer 2016
