- Centrana (formerly Uprise) is enabling a data driven approach to patient education by making clinician prescribed patient education content available on a web and tablet learning and content management system that tracks patient knowledge and engagement. Our content agnostic solution incorporates educational material from both for-profit and non-profit content creators, allowing providers to quickly create and prescribe personalized education plans for patients. Our solution will help providers more effectively manage and engage their populations, more efficiently meet meaningful use requirements, reduce re-admissions, improve adherence and increase patient satisfaction. We were a member of the Fall 12 class of the Healthbox accelerator in Cambridge (backed by Blue Cross Blue Shield) and are currently in closed beta. Interested in joining the beta?
