OD's up to 90 * Sand Castings - iron, steel & stainless steel up to 100 lbs * Powdered Metal (Sintered) Components - iron, steel, stainless steel & bronze. * Iron Bar Stock - continuous cast class 40 gray iron, 65-45-12 ductile iron and 80-55-06 ductile iron. Stock shapes include solid round 1.50 to 20 diameter, round tube, square 1.25 to 18.5 and rectangle. Squares and rectangles available milled 4 sides in bars or cut to length 'blocks'. * Bronze Bar Stock - continuous cast bronze. Shapes include solid round and round tube. Stock grades are 863 manganese bronze, 932 bearing bronze, 954 and 955 aluminum bronze. Cut to length custom sizes available. * Open Die & Rolled Ring Forgings - steel & stainless steel * Closed Die Forgings - steel & alloy steel up to 150 lbs * Hydraulic Swivels (Collectors) for rotary hydraulic applications requiring continuous uninterrupted rotation * Investment Castings (lost wax) - steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and brass up to 100 lbs * Metal Plating & Finishing - Black oxide and aluminum anodizingWe offer complete solutions to meet your metal component requirements.
