We search for solutions that will allow our Clients to maintain their dignity. The law firm of Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC was formed in March of 1997 by Helen Cohn Needham and Judith A. Mitnick. Helen had been practicing law since 1968 and Judy since 1971. Susan K. Pollack started her law practice, as a second career in 1995. She merged her solo practice with Helen and Judy in October 2001 thus establishing Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC. In January 2012, after having a successful solo practice for 16 years, Attorney Sheri R. Abrams joined Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC as Of Counsel. She became a partner in January 2012. The combined years of legal experience of the four partners totals far more years than we care to mention. While their depth and breadth of experience covers many areas of the law, the four partners of Needham Mitnick & Pollack, Helen, Judy, Susan, Sheri, and our Of Counsel attorney Vera L. Golenzer, have chosen to concentrate the firms practice in four areas Elder Law, Estate Planning, Social Security Disability & Special Needs Planning (including Medicaid/Asset Protection Planning.) There is a tremendous need for guidance and assistance with this and we believe that we can make a significant impact on the lives of those who come to us for advice.
