He has been working in the insurance and financial services industry since 1981. During his career of more than 30 years, Jim has seen it all: wars, taxes and national debt. Though his past clients had their worries, they also had a pension and Social Security. They believed that either the company they worked for or the government would take care of them. Todays reality tells us something different. What most retirees and pre-retirees are hearing today is that when it comes to retirement, they are on their own. Retiring with Jim Hanna means you dont have to go it alone. Jim is a Texas General Lines Agent and Investment Advisor Representative whose area of focus is retirement planning. He has been featured on KTSA Radio since 2013. Jim lives in Pipe Creek, Texas, with his wife, Barbie; and their two dogs, Jenny, a black lab; and Jasper, a yellow lab. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys deep-sea fishing, participating in wildlife preservation and is a board member of a non-profit animal rescue mission focusing on military service dogs.
