We provide Project Management Services as well as Construction Services, Design Services, and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. WB Brawley Company can execute the work or manage the project as the Owners representative. From our main office in Wilmington, NC, our Company has worked all over the United States as well as overseas. We understand the challenges of working in operating and revenue generating facilities; the challenges of communication and coordination with all the stakeholders; and, the importance of deadlines. Our role is to deliver a successful project by effectively managing all the service and product suppliers so that Scope, Schedule and Cost objectives are met. We have been trained to do this very effectively by managing firm fixed-price contracts for the Department of Defense that include monetary penalties for delays. Whether it involves determining which design elements drive a projects success or developing strategies for pursuing green building goals, we are committed to finding solutions.
