We offer: receptionist services with a personalized greeting; pre-wired offices for telephone lines and internet access; an IP telephone set with a designated telephone number; in-house voice mail services; client reception; package receipt; mail pick up and delivery and fax services. We have a conference room that will comfortably accomodate eight people with a projector, SmartBoard, and a white board. Catering upon advance request is provided. Our conference room is available to anyone with an advanced reservation simply by calling our office. On-site we offer secretarial and administrative services to anyone, not just our clients. Our experienced and long-term staff can assist you with a simple letter, transcription services, resumes, Power Point presentations, database mangement, Excel spreadsheets, travel arrangements, organizing and maintaining calendar appointments. The possibilities are endless. We also manage homeowner association accounts assisting with primarily the collection of dues, financial statements and will act as a liason between board members and homeowners or vendors. The Gateway Office Business Center offers turn-key operations to fit the needs of a sole-proprietor or a satellite office.
