Artectis, Llc

Description

• Artectis was founded by highly skilled engineers after working in the managed services and hosting industries for over 15 years. They understood that in this ever changing environment it was becoming difficult for business to articulate and understand their needs on a technical level leading to an enormous disconnect between their needs and expectations being met by their IT providers. They noticed that the companies that they worked for and other companies in the industry lacked the ability to both manage IT infrastructure well and help the people and organizations that they serve to do what they do best. That is what we do best: Providing a one-stop-shop for all your needs. Got a problem with a computer? Are the office phones acting up? Why isn't our application working right? Why can't I logon to my computer, is the server down? What's going on with our slow internet speeds? How can we expand our IT infrastructure? Why can't we find an IT company that can talk to us in a way we'll understand it? Are we spending too much money on our website host? Are we up to compliance? How can we save some money? Artectis is here for all those questions, problems and all points in between. We're here to get your computers working the way you expect them to, servers, custom applications, VoIP services, routers, and switches working harmoniously, explaining what is going on in your infrastructure, and helping your organization whether it is 3 users or 30,000, move forward with your mission and expectations efficiently and effectively.
