Description

• Titanova, Inc is a high tech laser job shop, which is a machine shop that uses laser light instead of cutting tools and milling bits to modify metal parts. Titanova is the only laser job shop that provides revolutionary metal processing solutions based on diode lasers, the smallest and most efficient lasers available today. The diode laser is effectively a high power laser pointer that provides enough energy to transform materials on customer parts. Laser processing is the most precise and energy efficient thermal process to date thus significantly reducing costly distortion.Titanova Inc is centrally located in the St. Charles , MO and is the only laser-based contract manufacturing service provider offering non-cutting laser process services solutions in the entire central Midwest region. The founder, John Haake who worked on the star wars programs at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, previously co-founded in 1998 Nuvonyx, Inc the only USA industrial diode laser company. The Titanova team has a combined experience of over > 40 years in high power lasers. He and his team uniquely understand the fabrication, operation, use, and integration into production environments of diode lasers. This enables Titanova the opportunity to offer these high value processes at the lowest cost as compared to all other laser and non-laser heat treating and welding job shops.
