• Chris Lewis Jr is the third generation to operate the family owned business Lewis Sign Company.The business was started in 1924 in Middletown, NY by Frank H. Lewis and continued by Chris Lewis Sr. For 85 years the Lewis Sign Company has helped grow businesses and organizations throughout the Hudson valley. Sign advertising is the most cost effective way to advertise. Signs set the image for an organization, while drawing people in and building name awareness. Lewis Signs has evolved with the advent of new technologies.The shop is equipped with computer operated router table, wide format digital printer, laminator, vinyl plotters and the dedicated craftspeople and graphic artists to create spectacular signs. The business also sells Flag poles, Scoreboards, Electronic displays, vehicle wraps, Interior and exterior signs, Neon, LED, and Fluorescent Signs. The companies crane trucks are kept busy installing signs, hot tubs, roof top air conditioners, building trusses and flagpoles. The service trucks are out everyday servicing signs and parking lot lights. Sales representative Jim Thompson meets with clients at their offices to work together with them on how best to advertise their business or organization. Permitter Liz Manning handles the permit process requirements of each municipality.
