• Werco manufacturing is full-service, one-stop manufacturing facility located in the Tulsa suburb of Broken Arrow, OK. It specializes in design-to-build; build-to-print; and reverse engineering of metallic and composite parts for aerospace and heavy industry. The Company has a wide range of custom, close tolerance transportation and test fixtures; both build-to-print or custom designed to customer specifications.Werco's technical competencies include the design and maintenance of metallic and composite-bonded honeycomb structures; welding; machining; fabrication; engineering, and powder coating. The Company recently installed a new 5 axis CNC Router to expand capabilities beyond its existing the 3 axis CNC. The five axis CNC is one of the largest machines of its type with a 10 X 30 ft. table.Werco's state-of-art facility offers the full manufacturing capacity to produce advanced parts, structures and assemblies, or repair for a variety of substrates and structural components. The facility is fitted with all necessary equipment for advanced manufacturing techniques and processes, including laser cutting, precision machining, welding, assembly, powder coating and painting.The Company offer the latest design tools and software, including CATIA and SolidWorks, to apply innovative yet affordable solutions to customers worldwide. Werco Manufacturing was founded in 1987 as a fabrication service and has evolved today into a full-service supplier of flexible production capability, coupled with design, engineering and analysis capabilities.
