Power In Coaching

Description

• What is it like to be coached?Well, its somewhat difficult to describe. Its like trying to describe a summer thunderstorm. You could say, well, the sky gets very, very dark. And then there are bolts of lightening that come down from the sky. Followed by loud booming thunder. And then big drops of water fall very fast and very hard. Technically, this description is accurate. But for anyone whos watched a thunderstorm roll across a summer sky, you know the words dont begin to capture the actual experience. Its the same with coaching. If this is our first coaching session, well discuss what works best for you to build that safe container for your coaching experience. At any time, our designed alliance can be altered to help strengthen our container. The coaching is always about you. Where you are. Where you want to be. You will come to each session with your agenda or topic. There may be opportunities where I may suggest action items and ask you to be accountable for them. At any point you can say Yes, No, or Counter-Offer. This is about what works for you. After each coaching session you will realize the coaching experience does not stop at the end of the session. You may continue to experience its effects and see things from an entirely new perspective. Wow! You could actually find clarity and get past that area in your life you have been stuck for years. What would that be like?
