- Tembo Group is a social enterprise with the mission of providing employment to artisans who have come to the United States as immigrants, refugees, or asylum seekers. These artisans work on-site at our store in the Fell's Point area of Baltimore, MD. The artisans from around the world create beautiful oil and acrylic paintings for the home and office, one of a kind jewelry, clothing for babies to adults, stuffed animals, home decor, and so many other special pieces. By working on-site, customers can meet the artisans and discuss items they wish to have custom made. The artist have been commissioned to create wedding gifts, clothing and quilts to name just a few. We are committed to being socially responsible and ecologically friendly.
