Welcome! McIntosh Staffing Resources, LLC is a privately owned and managed search and staffing service located in Dover, New Hampshire. We have served job seekers and the area's leading employers since 1986. Our Recruiters have extensive backgrounds in human resources and business administration. To ensure we stay updated in our profession, we maintain active memberships with respected industry associations, receive training in employment law and pursue continuing education through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). All Staffing Specialists are compensated by the quality of our work, not by fulfilling individual quotas so they work harder for you, not themselves! We carry a 72% referral rate for new job seekers and 67% of professionals placed by our recruiters remain with the company today - at least 3 years later. 34% have been promoted since placement. We look forward to assisting you with exciting choices in your next hiring effort or job search. Review the benefits of working with us and find out how we can empower you!Equally we offer a Human Resource Consulting Business for Small Business Owners and a Staffing Success Training Division for Recruiters and Staffing Professionals throughout the US and Canada. Our training includes Speaking Presentations for The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), National Independent Staffing Association (NISA) and many state recruiting and staffing associations as well as on-site and mentoring consultation assignments for private businesses.
